Have needed to stop here a few times since 2020. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Really appreciate the help. I do feel though that Minnetonka, a place where most houses are over 600K, could do a lot better. Long waits for appointments, small facility and few fresh produce options, needs improvement.

This place is a great option for those who need food. I say this because people have the ability to pick your own food, unlike some food shelves that prebag or prebag some and have limited items to pick from. Although this place is wonderful in that regard, it feels like a tiny grocery store. Have a good selection for how big the tiny shopping store is. This is a very rich upper-end area, and sometimes things just feel like maybe they could be better because of that but unfortunately not the case. For example. -coffee and toilet paper and anything that would be in original packaging gets tampered with and put into different plastic baggies. - The produce is definitely lacking. Produce is almost always bad or just not many options. -The frozen meat is a hit or miss. The meat can be extremely old. I've seen meats here that's been frozen for a year or more.
