I would highly recommend going to the Eagan location (and working with Judith) John the manager is absolutely unbearable. I've never met such a nasty person in my life. Kay jewelers sold me a piece of junk. After the 6th time of bringing it in I asked what they can do. He said maybe you should have got a better ring. Now please, tell me, HOW DO I KNOW WHAT A BETTER RING IS!? I paid over $2,000 for this ring and it's a piece of junk. We asked to speak to his boss and he looked at us and said I am the boss. Your not getting your way, now you can either buy a new ring or leave my store. He was so beyond disrespectful. I will never EVER reccomend someone to go to that store. He does not belong in customer service. There is only 2 ladies that have been helpful in that store but John has really put a sour taste in my mouth. I won't give any of my money to that store until he is gone. I am not helping that rude boy pay his bills. GO TO EAGAN!

I have a unique Morganite engagement ring set in Rose Gold that I got YEARS ago. I was looking for something with a little more oomph to replace my simple wedding bands. I had searched online, and went to three different jewelry stores. Found a couple that were so-so. I actually had my eye on one at Kay, that I thought would be perfect. Until I tried it on with my ring. Hard no. Peter & Janis were awesome with showing me rings they thought might go better. I would NEVER on my own have picked any of them out. But its like a wedding dress you think you know what you want, until you try it on. Found a beautiful enhancer, the rose gold was not too pink/red, the design went beautifully with my odd shaped stone. Best part? It was $500 less than the ring I went in for.
