Allstate has been good to me. As I process through adding or removing insurance, especially automobiles within the family unit, the Allstate team patiently talks me through the process. I appreciate the calm voices and reassuring assistance.

Without a doubt ,being in good hands meant all lives matters at Allstates insurance ,their fast and reliable patient and understanding staff from claims to adjustors really took their time to make things flow easily for me ,they made me feel as if I was family ,I cannot complete this review without mentioning Mr Sam Prosser and Mary E.Prosser who took their time to guide me through whenever I asked questions .I'll recommend Allstates to anyone out there .

I had an excellent experience working with Maddy Bauer at Mary Prossers office. She was very receptive to my needs and worked hard to find a plan for exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. When my previous insurance company gave her some trouble with documents, she continued working on retrieving them for over a month (even when the other company said it would take 5 days to get us the docs). Theres a reason my whole family has signed up with Maddy: shes trustworthy.
