Horrible company with even worst customer service. I ordered some blue bins, took a week to ship but in the mean time they sent me 12 emails of nothing but fluff. Bin arrived busted up, poorly packed in a box with no protection. Called PAC to notify and resolve the issue, was told someone would call me back. Four days later no call, called again this time told to send photos by email. Three days later no response, called again and this time got the rudest rep on the phone. NO ONE NEEDS THIS KIND OF SERVICE.

I have been doing business with PAC for 20 years. We use them for PPE, hand tools, benching, lab furniture, swabs, solder tips. I have had a very successful relationship with PAC, Craig Stacey specifically, and few, if any, issues. I would highly recommend PAC for any lab environment needs.

I had less than a month to outfit my shop before I had to leave for a two month training period. I had an opportunity to purchase tool drawers and wanted to go with Vidmar brand, but got messaged that instead of a month, I had ten days to put in any large order. I called Mr. Nazdam who informed me that he was heading on vacation at the time but would be more than happy to help me after he returned. I explained the situation and Mr. Nazdam willingly re-racked his vacation just to do a site visit in order to help me get a quote in on time. He was incredibly professional, knowledge and went so far above and beyond that if I ever need to order anything like this again, I'm going to Production Automation Corporation first. They were amazing, start to finish, and patient with me and my unit, and absolutely critical in allowing me to stand up my shop. I cannot thank Mr. Nazdam and PAC enough.
