Some of the best service I have ever experienced buying anything!! The owner, Aaron, was so helpful on everything and even to the point of giving me three heavy duty ratchet straps to borrow because I ended up buying a bigger model than I expected and it was much heavier. Highly recommended!! Can't wait for my first smoke on my New Yoder today!! Thanks Quetopia BBQ!!

My dreamshop.....could not stop looking at all the great bbq items. Great service, friendly owner. Variety, service, friendliness, all in an award winning bbq supply shop, what more could you want?

A great store which is why it's a bummer that I'm writing a negative review. This is the third time I've come to your shop when it's been closed at seemingly arbitrary times. I'm cognizant that there may be BBQ competitions, vacations, family emergencies, etc but one shouldn't have to wonder whether you'll be open during reasonable business hours and when Google says you're open. It's frustrating to drive 30 minutes for no reason. Part of creating a scalable business, in my opinion, is having systems in place to take care of times when you're unable to be at your store. Employees, adjust times that you're open on Google, etc. I don't know, it's just discouraging - supporting local business is important to me but I can't give you my money if I don't know you'll be around. Guess I'll go to Amazon.
