        A month ago I reported a fraud where someone stole a check from my account and deposited it in their personal account. We were on the phone for an hour. When I called back there were no notes regarding my issue and the person from on off-shore call center asked me regarding the problem from scratch. They would also not let me talk to their manager to report what happened in my first call. Unprofessional, borderline fraudulent customer service. I am so glad that my healthcare account no longer resides with these people.

        Do yourself a big headache and avoid opening an HSA with these people. They avoid addressing your issues by routing your calls to another country among a host of other things. Absolutely terrible!

        We've been waiting for 2 months to receive our HSA cards. Optum has no problem taking our savings, but can't provide us with any decent customer service. If you have a choice, I'd look elsewhere.
