      image I ordered an iced chai tea with Matcha and the nice barista wasnt able to blend the matcha in and her manager Ally didnt seem to care and my drink was made with clumps of matcha twice ! I requested a refund. I am disappointed in the customer service and the manger not caring if a drink was made properly.
