I have never had a worse experience than I did this morning. Maybe they were short staffed for a Sunday morning, maybe there were large orders, I don't know. But I waited almost 30 minutes for a bagel. I would have left if my group wasn't there for a birthday. The staff didn't smile, the manager was evidentially crabby or not feeling like working today. One staff member kept touching her hair and face with the gloves on and then making food. It was messy, and no one in line was acknowledged or thanked.
