Kathy is extremely rude and talked down to me as a client and to my new agent. Completely unprofessional and down right rude.

They were my Progressive agency for around 8 or 9 years, and the service has always been the same. Responses are slow or non-existent. They are uninformed & not helpful, whatsoever. I'm moving to another agency that will provide better service.

I knew this agency through their flyer as I was desperately trying to find insurance after relocation. Mr. Leonard recommended me Acuity Insurance Company. At the beginning I was skeptical because I haven't heard about them before. He is very professional and he explained me with the facts that it is a very good company. We insured our home and two cars for almost three years and we were very pleased. Sadly, I had to cancel our policies for again relocation. Jolene and the office staff were very helpful and nice all the time. I highly recommend this agency for your insurance needs and you will be sure in good hands.
