Been here a year and it's incredibly quite and peaceful. Some residents don't know how to look out for themselves and are dirty and leave stuff around, in my experience they respond to cleaning requests promptly. Nothing poorly maintained at all, things get fixed yet some tenants don't know how to behave and break things. Washing machines aren't great, as long as you don't overfill them they do their job. Always return my emails and respond to my needs as fast as they are able to, even considering that they are short staffed at the moment. The previous review is dated and nothing is as that person is stating.

No integrity in management team! Very ugly experience here resulting in a disgusting filthy unfinished updated unit 6 months in and NO RESOLUTION. Disappointing and very sad. Theyd rather you move out than fix what was promised upon move in. We have made calls, emails, vm, and still trying to contact someone to care and rectify this situation. Sadly it will happen most likely after we move out. Regional manager is the most unprofessional poor excuse for a team lead Ive ever dealt with. Lies upon lies! Making it my business to promote the truth here and make sure other families dont suffer the same consequences. Website photos they provide are of the office building, exercise room and pool which are usually never clean and nice as they like to portray. Stratford Slums If you like trash and the smell along with filthy units with unempathetic staff then this is the place for you!

Horrible! Neighbor harassment that keeps you up all nite is allowed and if you complain they wont do anything just blame you and enable the harassment to go on. Unsafe, unsanitary, kids run around and can start fires do whatever. Pay way too much for the poorly maintained at times gross living conditions. Washing machines dont clean your cloths, they dont return your phone calls or care one bit about their tenants!
