Universal Air Duct Cleaning crew were very professional and did a great job. They arrived on time, provided us with an explanation of their unique approach to cleaning and got on with the job. They showed me how much dirt and debris was in my duct, they cleaned the furnace and dryer vent as well , they even went and cleaned my basement floor which is unfinished. Overall very happy with the service would certainly use Universal Air Duct Cleaning again.

Eric and Don came out and gave me a free quote. Their pricing is good and they were able to answer all of my questions. They even showed me before and after pictures so I could see the work they did. I was super impressed at how thorough they are. Great quality work for an affordable price!

Universal Air Duct Cleaning technicians were very professional and took great pride in their work, which they did very well. After not knowing what was in my vents when I bought the house and having a two-year-old, my house felt refreshed because I was finally breathing clean air. Thank you to all of the volunteers who came to lend a hand. It is something I would recommend and will tell my family and friends about!

Terrible service. They didn't cover the vents so giant wads of dust wound up getting blown all over the house - spent hours cleaning up after them. Vent covers weren't reinstalled properly (screws not screwed in, missing screws, crookedly installed, etc). There were a couple that they didn't reinstall at all.
