The service itself is invaluable. However, the woman that checks you in and out does not try to do it expeditiously, at all. I honestly thought she was having a medical emergency when I pulled in today, I had waited so long. All her coworkers in the lot were trying to make excuses for her (e.g., nobody wants to work on a Saturday). When I was leaving, I knew she was sensitive, so I just waited in my car to get the ok to leave. The blinds were pulled in her office, so I got out of the car to get her attention after about 10 minutes of waiting. She immediately started attacking me. It was effing ridiculous. Worse service I have received in a year. And such a pity, because the service is so valuable. I recommend anybody that goes to the station time their wait and record any interaction with the staff with their phone.
