Costco Business Center

Our first trip to the Business Center was interesting. We noticed many unique products and surprised over how different it is from more traditional stores. The variety and volume of products in meat, cheese, paper products, and snacks, is beyond what we expected. That said, we were very disappointed with the quality of the fresh fruit we purchased. Two packages of Red grapes were both far beyond what should have been available for sale. When we arrived home we quickly discovered they were incredibly over-ripe, soft, and nearly mush. Plan to call the store back, but ours were just two from the many pallets of same which were on display for sale. Im sure there are, and will be many more dissatisfied customers. This is preventable. ** Following up on this post. I tried calling the store numerous times after sharing this feedback. Eventually I gave up having not connected with anyone. Voice message was not returned either. This is absolutely not what we have become accustomed to as Costco customers. In fact, we have always appreciated their focus on customer service, and quality products. Am surprised, disappointed

If I could give zero stars I would. ROCHELLE B, was rude and discriminatory towards me and my sister. Im the owner of the membership but was shopping for my own goods. My sister came along to help me shop and as a nice gesture she wanted to pay for my groceries. When we went to go checkout I was met with hostility from the cashier: Rochelle B. She refused to let my sister pay for my groceries and the man loading the groceries into the cart also reprimanded my sister in a rude manner. IF there was a misunderstanding theres a better way to talk to your customer(s), but there wasnt one. This is not the first time Ive been met with such bitterness. About 5 months ago my daughter went to go by my groceries for me since I was ill at the time. Keep in my mind my daughter lives with me, and was just trying to help me. When she went go checkout she was refused service and was forced to come back home empty handed. My daughter has gotten my groceries for me countless of times with and without me. If this is how you treat loyal customers you have no hope. Do better, and for that matter I dont feel comfortable keeping your membership.

Great place to go shopping. You could pretty much find everything you need for your house. If youre looking for bulk stuff, we go there about twice a month and we spend around 300 bucks. Employees are really helpful if you need help with anything looking for something carrying something putting something on a cart something thats heavy these employees go above and beyond to help, great service and you can find so many so many stuff there

First time for my husband and I. We found things we would never need to buy, like the 5 gallon bucket of Soy sauce. But, they do carry some foods a regular Costco do not carry. Will go there again for certain items.
