        Great staff , amazing volunteers and generous donations from the community, etc,!The services they provide are outstanding. volunteers/ staff always make you feel welcome. It's very clean, organized and well decorated!!

        I had an unpleasant experience on 9/12. Mark the quitar teacher disrespected a service-connected Veteran and insulted him. The Veteran was wounded emotionally. I do not know if Mark is a Veteran. If not, he should change his ways or stop coming to ETS. If he is a Veteran he should be ashamed of himself. The man needs humility. The quitar lessons are not well organized and lack volunteers to help out.The free store is not well organized and one of the volunteers smells like cigarettes.

        The staff really care about the wellbeing and safety of all Veterans. They take the necessary actions to ensure that the atmosphere and environment of the facility is welcoming to all who served. They take every precaution to ensure that all who volunteer are fully supportive of Veterans. Finally, their Thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday was very delicious. Shout out to Hy-Vee grocery store.
