        Visited this Urgent Care center for the first time and was very pleased with my experience. It was a calm environment, I was seen quickly, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. This is a lovely option for health care in the neighborhood!

        Far and away the best urgent care experience Ive ever had! Getting a same-day appointment was convenient and the care I received was kind and compassionate. But the kicker for me was the way a billing error was handled. I paid my copay at the time of service but received a bill for the amount I already paid. I called to let them know that I was being double charged and braced myself for the typical health insurance run around. Instead I received a voicemail from Tina that there had been a mistake on their end and the charge was resolved. What a breath of fresh air to experience accountability for a mistake and quick resolution of the issue. Without a doubt Ill be going here for any urgent care needs my family has in the future (probably many given that Im the parent of a small child!)

        Very fast, 10 minute wait time. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Will come back if needed and refer family and friends. Easy drive from my home.
