        Mr. Bliss was professionally, but he did not do his due diligence on his clients case. Even though some of the fees were returned to the client by Mr. bliss. The clients situation was made worse due to the lack of communication to the client and the work presented to the judge by Mr.Bliss. I would not recommend him for legal assistance.
