This company sucks, they made us wait over 2 hours at our pick up location. They lie and are not on time, they didnt bother calling us to let us know. They made us miss an appointment cuz they didnt call us we called them and they said it would be an hour before they picked us up 2 days before this time. We spent at the very least 15 minutes on hold every time we called to find out about are ride they lie and dont get back to us. The driver on the way to the appointment was carless and was on his phone the whole time. We will NEVER go through this company again. They r supposed to be through insurance and be on time but not this company and they r very rude. When we asked to talk to a manager or supervisor, they still made us wait on hold and didnt get to talk to anyone, No phone call back, no communication at all. To all people do NOT go through this company. They should be shut down.

2nd day in a row no-show for my wife. Hey asshats, its not like cancer treatments are important right? I'm making it my personal goal to tell as many people across as many social media platforms as possible how YOUR pathetic "company" is responsible for taking days off of my wife's life. Oh and I spoke to the insurance agency that books you fucj heads, VP of communications and decision maker who gave you sad fucks a shot. I wouldn't hold my break about getting that contact again. Better not see the Somali owner in thr street because I'm taking days off your life, you twat

I have to start with saying thatin the past I've had no problems with Cambridge but recently have missed several appointments when drivers haven't shown up. They must have a list of excuses they hand out to every employee and I think I've heard them all. Dispatch will blame drivers and vice versa. Yesterday driver didn't show up again. My insurance company called them and were lied to. I tried calling them myself today to talk to a supervisor and was told by the only rep working that was working that ghe sup was on break and to call back at 3:00. So they get 3 hour lunch breaks. More likely 3:00 is shift change so the rep wanted me to call back then so whoever takes over for her can deal with it. But hey, if they do have 3 hour lunch breaks you should try applying there. I don't think they require much experience for new hires.

I would give no stars if possible. This is my second time using Cambridge. The first time I thought it would be fine because the got me to my appointment on time. But getting picked up from my appointment was terrible. I had to wait OVER AN HOUR for my ride to show up. Now today, they call me early in the morning to confirm my ride only for them to not show up when the time comes. I called the service line and they could not get a hold of my driver. They said it would take 25 minutes to get another driver but my appointment is 20 minutes away so there is no point. Now I have to reschedule an appointment that I waited a month for. NEVER USING CAMBRIDGE TRANSPOTATION AGAIN!!
