Awful experience with this towing company. There was a language barrier between the dispatcher and I, so it took forever to get my information taken down as I was stranded on the side of the highway. I told her repeatedly exactly where I was, and she could not comprehend that I was on 35W and did not have an address I could give her. I was given a 30-60 minute time estimate. After 60 minutes they called and told me it would be another hour. I waited for over 2 hours. They told me there was no cancellation available for refund once they called and told me it would be another hour. Ridiculous.

There prices are very reasonable and they are true to there word along with being very fast they don't have you waiting around all day I would call them again if I need. Best towing service. Service: Car towing

My vehicle broke down along a major highway. Basically a rear tire came off. I called Berkeley towing and spoke initially to Aira. Although she may be a wonderful person her English left much to be desired. I spent almost a half an hour trying to get her to understand my situation. Once I finally was able to give her all the details she needed she indicated that a driver would contact me. I wait and waited. I eventually had to call them back to see what the situation was as it was getting late and I was in the middle of the highway. They indicated that a Dispatcher would be in touch shortly. I was very disappointed to say the least that no one had been dispatched to my location already. As I was on the phone with them a State Trooper pulled behind and indicated that he'd call his tow as I couldn't wait any longer to get off the highway. So I canceled the tow right there and then.
I would NOT recommend there services at all.
