They arrived in a timely manner and gave honest explanations and information about my car and what they thought was wrong with it. I originally called for a tow but after successfully jump starting my car first, I was only charged for the jump start which is amazing! My parking lot can be difficult to navigate in the winter/slush, so they even waited for me to get out of my lot before they left, I'm very glad they were able to help :) Service: Battery service

Was assigned Timber Towing through our insurance. Mel the driver was super chill. Dropped me off at my parents and let me know when my Nissan was at the shop. 2 thumbs up!

Heres my review as promised to Timber Towing Company. Called them after trying to get into our electric car which died unexpectedly. The receptionist stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes as I was in a sketchy part of town. She was so patient even though i am sure they had other calls that were coming in.

Unable to contact this company for address after my daughters car was towed following an accident. It has been over a week with no answers.
Thank for the response but I have called a dozen times and no one has ever answered.

Let me down twice. Details below.
Called this Tuesday, told me they cant get to it that day so they would do it the following day. Come the next day, its noon, and no sight of them so I texted what I presume is the owner and got an apology. Said they would get to it the next day. Now its Thursday and got completely ghosted absolutely no response.
If you cant do your job, how about you just tell me you cant instead of having me wait around for you?
