Never choose here because its the worst place. Someone stole my laptop and phone last year and recently I lost my Canada Goose in my car in the parking lot. The worst thing is the low efficiency on handling problems. My microwave didnt work since November and I reported with my roommate. They said they will replace it and its already April! I asked front desk last week again and they told me they will keep following up, but I didnt hear anything back. I paid the rent for the worst service and I didnt use the microwave for 4 months! I wont endure anymore so I have to write this comment and please at least replace my microwave and handle the problem since November! For everyone else, please never choose to live there

I hope someone burns this place to the ground. Something is always going wrong, the water is always getting shut off, management barges into your unit regularly, and its filthy here. Additionally the pipe burst right next to my room and there was a flood. Everyone had to evacuate at 1am. As a result one of the main elevators doesnt work so it takes forever to use the elevator. It was a swamp in here for weeks. Its actually criminal how much WaHu is exploiting students. Theres no way WaHu would get away with all of this in a non-student apartment for how much theyre charging. The only reason WaHu is above one star is bc they bribe people to write good reviews.

Our microwave is not fixed for over 4 months. Everytime we ask for an update, it feels like the microwave replacement is physically distancing itself from us. I think people on the other side of the world will see it before we do. Please pray for this microwave's journey.

Wahu has gotten worse since I moved in Fall 2023. 1. Amenities are broken (hot tub, stair master, pool room/guest area blocked off) 2. One of the elevators is not working, so it takes about 5 minutes for an elevator to arrive on your floor 3. Rooms are small & different sizes. Some rooms/bathroom are MUCH larger in the same unit for the same rent ( literally 2x larger) 4. Break-Ins in the heated garage 5. Keys stop randomly working, and you will have to wait over an hour for security ( 1 security guard) to let you in your room, but they wont! I had to take the key they left on the desk and let myself in because I waited over an hour after getting home from work and I was not going to wait any longer 6. Homeless people in the garage. I actually had a homeless man knock on my car window and attempt to get inside 7. Third floor flooded 8. Smells of weed in all the hallways/garages 9. Fire alarms go off from cooking basic meals (that arent even burnt!) 10. Packages get stolen Wahu knows how messed up it is here, hence the rent specials and the resident activities. Like the donuts will make up for all this. Live anywhere else! Especially for this amount of money!

Don't Live Here: A Nightmarish Experience at WaHu Apartments Looking for a decent place to live? Look elsewhere! WaHu promises a student living dream, but delivers a frustrating nightmare. Here's why: - Tiny, Dingy Apartments: My room was cramped, and the hallways were dirty when I moved in. Paint stains everywhere not exactly a welcoming sight. - Weedy Wonderland: The hallways constantly smelled like marijuana. Management claimed they'd address it, but only if I identified the culprit not exactly helpful. - Broken Everything: Amenities are a joke. The step walker has been broken since August 2023 (still is!), the common area on the second floor has been under construction for months, and the elevator? Forget it. - Water Woes: Hot water outages and water with weird residue were a constant issue. The worst part? Management didn't communicate. I had to hound them for answers, and even then, their excuses were outrageous (We fixed it, so no need to tell you!). - Clueless Staff with Bad Service: The staff is terrible. Customer service is nonexistent. There were constant management changes in late 2023, and it felt like they were always scrambling. Do yourself a favor: Spend your money elsewhere. You can find a better place for the same price, or even a little more. This place is a total nightmare. P.S. Read the other bad reviews they're honest!
