Rude and unprofessional staff. When I arrived there for an interview. The door was locked. After I knocked and was let in. It was apparent that the two staff that were there. We're just standing there socializing. I told the staff I had an interview. Which no one seemed to be aware of. The staff were rude and short when they spoke to me. I actually felt discriminated against because I'm white. I don't not recommend this company.

I work for a disabilities day program that supports a gentleman from a Tolad residence, and I feel compelled to express frustration and disappointment with the way I see he is treated through his group home. His grooming has been neglected for months now, with only one haircut I have noticed, which I could tell was not done by a professional, and actually made his hair look worse. He is sent in an ill-fitting outdated chair, and at his day program we have loaned him a chair that he likes much better. His residence continues to send him back and forth in our chair, and I am not unaware of any plans for this gentleman to get a new, comfortable chair of his own. This gentleman has also continually mentioned he is not happy with the staff at his house, and I can see why, as it is not evident that he is cared for with dignity and respect. I worry about other residents of Tolad houses, as I suspect this gentleman I know is not the only one who is not cared for properly.
