Staff is great, vert friendly, they don't get in your way or make you feel uncomfortable. They are helpful, lenient, and understanding. I would recommend this place for anyone who may be interested in getting a unit.

Storage slumlords. FYI the only reason this place has so many good ratings is they incentivize people to leave 5 star reviews for a chance to win a free month of storage. Anyways, Ive never had a bad experience with the workers here. Theyve always been polite and helpful. This review is due to upper management and the cheapskates who own this facility. I rented here for 2.5 years and it got bad enough for me to cancel and take the time moving all my stuff out. Heres what you can expect if you rent here. ELEVATOR & GARAGE ACCESS: Theres 2 elevators for the main facility. Its been over a year since they were both functional at the same time - one or the other is always broken. Also, the garage door to the single bay has been out of service for 2+ months. Theres no reason elevators and garage doors should be broken for months at a time. Its 2024 so cant use the bogus covid parts/labor shortage excuses anymore. CARTS: Probably my biggest frustration with this place (also the simplest for them to fix, but they wont). Theres 4 carts for the entire facility of HUNDREDS of units. People dont bring them back to the central area. Or worse, they lock the carts in their units. Even if youre the only one at the facility its a struggle finding a cart to use. Why they dont just buy a few more carts is beyond me. PRICING: An employee was nice enough to warn me about this but I doubt everyone is aware when signing up. They drastically lower prices during the winter months - around 50% discount when you first sign up. Then they will raise them after 6 months. So if you start renting a 10x10 unit for $50-$60/mo, just know it will go up to $100-$120 during your first year. I originally chose this place because they were slightly cheaper than other nearby facilities but you get what you pay for. Spend a few bucks more at any other facility and keep your sanity.
