To be quite fair, this place is great! Consistent work schedules. No being thrown around. Now make no mistake, the higher ups are pretty busy themselves. But when they are able to help out. They do so in great fashion! And it's without question, Jon and Alec are two of the best at what they do! I've had plenty of issues that they helped me to resolve in a very timely manner. And I truly appreciate them. Been with the company now going on 9 months, and March of 2024 will mark my first year. Here's to many more gentlemen! Can't wait to see where we go from here. Also, moving up seems fairly easy. Takes a ton of work though. My philosophy, "you work at it long enough, and work hard, you'll make it regardless." So thank you to Matt, Jon, and Alec for everything and let's continue making the security industry as well as JBM Patrol & Protection a great place to work at! WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!

I'm fairly new to JBM, but so far it's been a great experience. I'm a Flex- Officer and work part-time. Alec and Jon who are the field supervisors have been awesome. They notify me when hours are available and we communicate easily through a group text. JBM is working on getting more new contracts in the Twin City area and they seem to be growing. Overall my experience working for the company has been great. The pay is nice and seems to be more competitive then other companies. If you're looking for security work, I would recommend JBM. "Done"!

Jbm is one of the best Company I worked for they are always working with you and whats best for you the management is A+ ! they will make sure your comfortable on the job its bonus for me that they pay Every week !!!
