Took bids from multiple contractors. Best price. Very responsive. Completed two story home and garage in one day. Supervisor came by the next to to answer any questions and complete a 15 minute non-roofing issue. Recommended without reservation. Oh, it rained torrentially a couple of days after completion. The roof worked!

Received bids from four contractors. Topside and one other came in within a few dollars of one another and about 10% to 15% less than the other two bids. I ultimately went with Topside because I liked the feeling of having a constant point of contact with a smaller company vs. project getting handed from sales to scheduling to production departments at a larger company. Andrew came out to make the measurements for the bid, coordinated supply drop-off, and was on site the day-of to check in on the progress. Rob (the owner) stopped by that evening to inspect the completed job. The work was scheduled promptly and completed professionally. Would happily chose them again if we have other exterior work done in the future.
