        I never got to see a doctor and was only offered bathing once a week!?! I was there for 12 days and it felt like a month

        We had to remind staff daily to give my mom one of her prescribed meds and they were very dismissive about this. She was released on a Saturday they did not send the oxygen tank or nebulizer with her and waited until the following Tuesday to deliver it.

        If I could put zero stars I would, it's a bad place, food is inedible, canned beans, instant Oatmeal, over cooked meats dirty, and has mice. Most of the staff are excellent. This is what greets you by the 31st entrance. Many cigarette butts. Their response below is bogus. STAY AWAY....
