Eden House

I was here for 9 months back in the nineties 1997-98?.?. The recovery information I got at Eden back then is still with me today. There was a Native American counselor there, I cant remember his name but he went the extra mile with me after I had completed my recovery training at Eden. He took me to meetings and Pow-Wows, basically treatment after care. His approach to sobriety showed me how sober life could look in real time day by day. I hate that I cant remember his name, I can still hear his response to every question I had being MEETINGS,MEETINGS and more MEETINGS It took me almost another 10yrs after Eden to finally get it but now I have over 18 grateful years of sobriety. His words, attitude toward recovery and his character were instrumental to my recovery program. Shout out to Scotty,(the physical embodiment of tough love, one of the wisest persons I've ever met. You gotta be at least 150yrs old.) LoL. This is Hair-do(the nickname you gave me). Peace and Blessings to the staff past and present. You ARE making a difference. Thank you for the care and education I got at Eden House.

Thank you Send off meth for 26 years. Thank you, Pam And Scotty From the old days. Who ran the place? Awesome graduated Was at the beanie house. If it wasn't for this program, I would probably be dead today. I could never explain to you enough.

I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS IF I COULD!!!! IVE HEARD OF 2 PPL DYING IN THESE PLACES AN THATS NOT GETTING TALKED ABOUT TO ANYBODY...THEY COVER IT UP BY SAYING THE PERSON COMMITTED SUICIDE. I THINK THESE PLACES NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO....OR ILL DO IT MY SELF AN MAKE SURE THE RIGHT PPL HEAR ABOUT WHATS GOING ON IN THESE PLACES AN GET THEM CLOSED DOWN...ITS NOT RIGHT!!

I sure hope they treat their clients better than their potential employees! Had a phone interview with Rahwa at 3:30 that never happened??? She left me a message at 3 saying she was wondering if we could talk earlier, then she said if not I will call you at 3:30. We'll it's now 6:25 and I have heard nothing from her!! This is unbelievable to me. I was at my job and took 30 minutes of unpaid time so I could do the interview and I sat there for 30 minutes looking at my phone. So now I have lost 30 minutes of time on my paycheck for absolutely nothing. I cannot describe the disappointment I felt and the humiliation of my friends and family asking me how the phone interview went. Unbelievable. I still have yet to even hear from Rahwa, she has not called, emailed or apologized for this. Totally disgusted by this.
