      image Ongoing problems. No clue what anyone here is getting paid to do but nothing is ever addressed or accomplished. Terribly unorganized and incapable of providing adequate help when needed.

      image They dont return calls if you call about a problem property they manage! Dont say NOVAsp or Josephs Point when you call!!!!!! You will be left in voicemail hell! Thats where problems go to die! A fake vm box waits for you there!
      They have abandoned the residents to fend for themselves. They keep your deposit with no explanation and no recourse!
