I had a great experience working with Commercial Connection to find an apartment that was well within my budget. Very responsive with any maintenance issues I had as well as guiding me through the terms of my lease. No hidden fees or surprises which I appreciated. The location is excellent with the lake only a few blocks away and restaurants close by.

Paul is a fantastic landlord, kind, understanding and the first human landlord I have had. Maintenance was very responsive and polite. The apartment was in a great location at a great monthly rate!

The management and staff are exceptional. If you're a good human being, they'll treat you well. I'm not even that and they still treat me like a king. I'd go with TCC again in a heartbeat if they had apartments where I was moving to!

I needed to make a large move and I applied for 4 or 5 different agencies in the twin cities area. Only one of them reached out to me and wanted to work with me in getting me moved into an apartment. I worked with Paul Bigler and he was patient and followed up with me frequently while I tried to sort out my employment. After a struggle on my employers side we were able to get me into a nice studio within a good walking distance of uptown and the city of Minneapolis. For a fair price and the location, I have been very happy. After moving in, a maintenance request was followed up on same day. Its been fantastic service when I really needed it.
