Bill Gabler had been talking to me about rental properties for a couple of years. He personally owns several so he understands the market. He said he would find a property for us that would be perfect for a first time owner of a rental property. And did he deliver! We've got a beautiful 2 unit building that is a cash cow. In addition to the income, the value has increased significantly. Bill knows this market I would highly recommend seeking his advice and skill!

Andy McNair was our agent. Andy gave us a wonderful experience as first time home buyers! He was very informative. As first timers, we were unaware of high maintenance and costly things to look out for, Andy consistently helped point those out. He would go the extra mile to check on things we had questions on, such as getting on his hands and feet to check a furnace or water heater, walking all around a fence or deck to check the entire condition or build, he was not afraid to get his hands dirty checking anything, etc. He was quick to respond and patient with us throughout the process. We never felt pressured or rushed to decide or purchase. He listened and and understood our preferences. We ended up with a home that we love and had very little maintenance we had to do. We highly recommend Andy. If you're looking for a low pressure, at your own pace kind of house searching, Andy will deliver! We will also be recommending Andy to all our friends and family.
