Kelly is a sharp professional. Shes discerning and knowledgeable. Shes a strong negotiator. These skills were imperative to get us the most money for our house. We didnt take her initial listing advice because of logistics and ended up missing the peak market she had offered with her recommendation. But, she worked hard behind the scenes with the interested buyers to get us an additional 6.5% above asking price. It just would have been even more if we had listened to her in the first place.
