I was impressed with Blakes personality and work ethic when I met him while he was introducing himself to neighbors; I felt hed truly work hard on our behalf. Blake owns his Realty company so he was able to offer Sellers a commission model that was dramatically better than the deal offered by the big name Realty companies. Blake gave good advice on home repairs needed before selling. Our summer go live timing sadly coincided with frequent high interest rate hikes. In less than 30 days a hot market flipped to a confused paralyzed market. We tried several price decreases. Blake helped us to avoid mistakes. Responding to buyer feedback in line with Blakes recommendations, we took the house off the market long enough to make a dozen changes; the market shifted to demanding near perfect move-in ready homes. Blakes marketing efforts lined up a strong launch. We raised our price significantly from the previous low point and we sold the house within the first hour back on the market. We are happy we chose Blake. He guided us through a very tough market situation.

I will never use this person to sell a house. They sold a neighbor's house we got so many fliers at our door and blowing around the neighborhood. They hung notices all over the place on the offers the neighbor's got and which one they accepted. I do not want to my neighbor's to know what my offers were and if I rejected a higher or lower offer. We've gotten so much junk mail in the last month+ and some how they found my email and have been emailing me. And no I haven't called because I know the DNC laws and I don't need to be loopholed into getting phone calls as well. Stop harassing the neighborhoods where you sell houses!

Blake was our realtor for the sale of our (first) house in Robbinsdale. He and Jordan, his assistant, were always on top of communicating with us, letting us know what needed to be done, when things were being done, and offering advice to make the sale of our home as painless as possible.
