Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but is able to explain very technical aspects of the process simply for us to understand. She was very professional and responsive in ways that made us feel like her top priority. Her contagious laugher and positive attitude made the whole process fun and stress-free. We unfortunately had some issues close to closing on our house with the sellers and she was there every step of the way, advocating for us and ensuring we felt confident and comfortable moving forward.
