During the middle of an extremely volatile market, Jado was able to help us see the potential in our future by having so much knowledge in the market, how to competitively price our home, and giving us thorough advice as we negotiated with our buyer. We were extremely happy with how the house was marketed, photographed, and ultimately the sale that has been life changing for us as we have been able to finance our next forever home. The Only Realtor I Trust & Recommend With interest rates climbing over 7%, we were a little scared our home wouldn't sell, especially in the moth of October. Jad promoted our house with spectacular photos and drone footage, entered in all key data, and after all of this, he attended many showings. Our house wasn't on the market that long before we started getting offers. I'm limping into my 70s, forgetting to fill out forms, and not great with technology. Jad would come to my house with papers to sign and help me fill out what was needed to secure the sell; staying on top of the process every single step. Jad not only calmed our worries of successfully selling our home and selling it quickly, but he also became part of the family in my eyes by being someone I can trust. My wife, sad to leave her home of 50 years, thought he did too good of a job, thinking she had more time with the house. He is great at his job, and greater at just being. I work with Jado all the time. Weve used his incredible expertise many times. Its been a wonderful experience with every home. My brother and in laws now only go to Jado, to sell or buy. Very few people know Minnesota like Jado, and even fewer people know people like Jado. Overall A+ experience. Every time.
