Ryan was recommended to us by our contractor and Im so thankful we found him. Not only did he help my partner and I close on a duplex, he took the time to coach us on the process of purchasing and becoming landlords. If not for his approach Im not sure we would have pulled the trigger. It was reassuring to have someone with experience in real estate investment to bounce ideas off of and we cant wait to work with him again on our next deal. Barbara Nading did an amazing job selling my townhome! She had great advice, was available for questions no matter what day it was, very honest, and always would make me feel less stressed. She's someone that will work really hard, and do what's right for you so that you are comfortable.

I was in search of a Realtor that understood the land of investing. Not only just a realtor that would help me purchase a home but someone who was willing to sit down and teach me and guide me through the process of acquiring properties. Whats a good deal and whats not. Ryan was not going to let me buy a bad deal. Ryan is more than willing to answer any and all questions, give you referrals and offer advice at anytime! After talking with several local "investor-friendly" realtors, it was clear that Ryan was the guy for us! We so appreciated the coaching aspect of his approach, professionalism and philosophy. At our first meeting we were able to share our dreams of early retirement and passive income. We began with, "the end in mind" as Ryan would say. He knew we were baby investors; eager to ask questions and willing to learn. We hit several road bumps on the journey to our first investment property but Ryan (and his wonderful and very responsive assistant, Barbara) were kind, patient, and knowledgeable at every turn. They went above and beyond to get us an awesome deal. We are so thankful for Blue Door's guidance on this journey! We'll surely be back for our next investment property!
