Josh did an amazing job helping us through the process of our new build. We decided to hire our own realtor instead of going through the builder's representative, and we're glad we did. Josh always had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Whenever we ran into issues, Josh would spring into action and work to get a resolution as quickly as our builder would allow. We highly recommend using Josh to anyone looking to buy or sell. I recently worked with Justin at Victory Home Team to purchase land for a future home. He was very friendly and professional. I dragged him all over Gods green Earth and he never complained once. He was always on-time or early to the showings and provided plenty of information about each site. I finally decided on a great parcel and Justin was quick and punctual with all the paperwork. 5/5 would do business with him again.

Josh made the daunting process of selling our home really smooth while we were in the midst of finishing up renovations and getting ready to move across the country during a pandemic. Weve now worked with Josh twice (on the buying and selling ends of things) and he really does go the extra mile. Hes super knowledgeable, motivated, and always has his clients best interests in mind. Josh really pays attention to your goals and whats important to you, and hes there every step of the way to explain things, talk strategy, offer advice, etc. Josh is also a smart negotiator and good problem solver, which is so important in real estate. And in general hes a kind and fun person and we always enjoyed the time we spent with him! We trust and recommend Josh 1000%. Updating June 2023 to add that we worked with Josh for a third time to move back to the area :) Needless to say we think he's the best and highly recommend him! Josh helped us navigate the currently crazy housing market with ease, keeping things stress-free and and going above and beyond to make sure we found the right place even when we couldn't be there in person. He gave us very detailed virtual tours and was always available for a chat. Josh is the best! He has tremendous knowledge and expertise in reality game as well as patience and understanding for those of us who don't know much about it at all. He always makes the time to answer any questions and make sure you are doing what's right for you! We couldn't ask for a better "Pocahontas" to guide us through this process. Highly recommend.
