For about a year I worked with Travis Mathias, during which he was unable to manage his schedule, rescheduling appointments to prioritize newer clients and personal appoints even though our time was booked months in advance. He was regularly late to the start of our appointments. Travis often shared how bad of a job he was doing in therapy - almost reversing the relationship. He also charged me for several phone calls that I did not request and were not necessary. There were also numerous billing errors with TCPS having incorrect sessions and rates and a general disregard for the patient bill of rights. The walls are very thing - so be aware that privacy is also not one of their priorities. Also be aware, Dr. Saldana owns the practice - and takes exactly enough pride in her business to not list that anywhere on the website. She also did 0 patient follow to understand why I had to fire Travis. I would recommend Youtube videos as a better form of treatment than Travis Mathias is able to provide - and certainly cheaper.
