Rental Management Guys

We have lived in this property 6 years and have never received repairs but have been getting charged they add hidden fees to the rent and have horrible communication Ive attempted to meet to go over chargers but have been denied my mother who isnt fluent in the language has been taking advantage of Ive request maintance for a leak in the ceiling but have yet to have someone come check it out the plumbing downstairs needs attention and the sink but they refuse to come in. Ive spoken to someone once and told me I would hear back but never got any feedback from anyone ever since they have taken over its been a nightmare dont rent from them.

I'm a landlord, strongly recommend not using these guys. They managed my duplex for 1 year. During that time: - one apartment turned over. They couldn't fill it for two months (in a very tight market) and without asking performed and charged me for ~$6k in repairs (they randomly decided to replace all the light fixtures and the backsplash) - Multiple times the tenants had to contact me and have me harass RMG to get them to respond to the tenants - During that year their were 4 separate tenants, all 4 of them independently made a point to tell me their experience was terrible with RMG - After ending service, they went ahead and kept charging me for their services and withdrawing the tenants rent. I had to independently figure this out and call them out on it to get it to stop. In total RMG ended up consuming roughly 50% of the annual rent with their fees and unapproved repairs. It was a costly year for me.

I had a challenging experience with previous property management, but Rental Management Guys completely turned things around.
