i was thinking about moving in here & nearly applied until i saw the reviews here. i cant deal with carbon monoxide scares, nor mice infestations. this wasnt the tipping point though. i called them to ask about my concerns, primarily around the carbon monoxide issues, & they blamed the tenants, calling them 'irresponsible college kids that dont pick up after themselves.' not only did this not make any sense as it was irrelevant, but it also told me all i needed to know. thanks for wasting my time.

Jesus christ I went to tour a house they just straight up flaked so they couldn't answer my questions about the 20 code violations in the last decade lmao so rumors are often telling, no? Steer clear bb have a rice day

DO NOT Be affiliated with this company! To any normal person these would not be safe living conditions! Terrible management! Issues with mice, carbon monoxide, and extreme safety issues! Theyve been asked multiple times to fix issues and genuinely dont care!

Terrible place terrible management. Nothing good to say about this place or any of the people who run it. They dont care about their tenets. When asking them to terminate a lease because of security and SANITATION issues they said no. Youll ask and ask and ask for things to change or be fixed but youll be wasting your time

I'm not one to leave reviews but this extremely dishonest fraudulent Christian (proclaimers)put my family on the streets in the heart of winter. I wouldn't know where to start with all the disrespect ful encounters web had with even the owners (Karen and tim) them selves . On more than one occasions our 12 year old daughter came in crying because the owner of the apartment complex 8941 syndicate ave Lexington lakes verbally acctacked her for not playimg with her friends at the playground, and I'm not talking just raised her voice she was swearing at our daughter . So we confronted her as any parent would and she of course denied Calling our daughter liar. The very next day dinkytown rentals decided to pay us a visit for approaching the owners..Basically told us we shouldn't have confronted them. These few encounters gave the enough reason to evict us based on our rent being late so when We went to court thankfully there was a company willing to pay our passed due amount, well to know surprise they didn't comply and instead of accepting our payment to cover the past due amount they put us out in the cold. Funny how there repsonse to all the negative reviews are fake saying they cant find any past information on these people obviously you did them wrong or they wouldn't be posting. Scott whom is the puppetmaster for dinkytown is as fake and he will find himself on the streets with his family in the cold real soon I believe what comes around goes around DONT RENT
