I was fortunate enough to buy a condo in a building that was already managed by JB and his stellar team and lived there for 10 years. JB was so prompt and attentive whenever we needed assistance. He's a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable and well-connected. If we ever needed repairs done in the building, he always knew a contractor or company who would be the perfect fit. He attended every annual association meeting and was always so organized. He helped us wrap our heads around what happening with our building's finances and would provide guidance on whatever issues came up for us that year. Wrangling a diverse bunch of neighbors is no small feat, but JB always managed to keep us on track and was so patient! As I prepared our unit to sell, JB and his team came through for us again. He helped us tidy up the exterior of the property for showings, responded to our laundry list of questions and helped us gather all the necessary documents for our sale. Whether it was helping us trouble-shoot what's going on with the boiler or the fire alarm, switch service vendors, find a new washer, compare quotes, help coordinate repairs, or provide figures and paperwork, JB and his team were always there for us. He was as much of a part of our community as any of the residents and I'll always remember the kindness, patience and professionalism he treated all of us with.
