        Good property management company. We were able to get any maintenance requests completed within a few days at most, usually within one day of the request being placed. Staff respond timely via email and rent for our NE Mpls property was fair. Property was pretty clean when we moved in and new build meant new appliances that didnt have any issues. We put a lot of work into cleaning the unit before we left and they fairly rewarded us with a very small cleaning fee afterwards. Would recommended!

        I lived here for my senior year of college and absolutely loved it. It was a great location and management was great at communicating!

        Lived at the Serene for almost three years and was sad to leave! Property management support was great they fixed any issues (which were few) as timely as possible and even helped out watering my Christmas tree or patio plants. Anyone is lucky to be a tenant here!

        I had a very positive experience renting a house through Perkins Levin for two years. Management and maintenance were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. They communicated well and were accommodating of our needs.Their online portal was very easy to use as well, and subleasing was very straightforward! Overall we greatly appreciated Eric and Alex.
