David and the Jim Management Service team brings a level of service, sophistication and personal touch I could not find with other property managers. They are transparent in explaining any needs for repairs and accompanying costs, and they keep the clients(tenants and property owners) as the main priorities. They are absolutely worth the investment. Finally, they are lovely people to work with who truly care about what they do. Can't recommend them more!

We are very satisfied with the work of Jim Management Service. They manage our property and everything is done very well. The rent is automatically deposited into landlord's bank. In January, they sent us the cash flow and the 1099 form of the previous year, we don't have to worry about it.
