        After opening a case regarding a package I was expecting through USPS, a representative at this location contacted me and let me know that theyd delivered my package to the wrong address and were unable to get it back. I double checked with the sender that all of my address info was correct, and it was. This is inexcusable. On top of this, the representative told me to file a claim for a refund online because they dropped the ball, and I was denied a refund. Cant get a refund through the sender either as the tracking on the item says delivered to an individual - yeah, an individual being some random dishonest person. Im extremely disappointed in USPS, this location in particular, for their negligence.

        Everytime I go here service is rude. Even if I'm the only customer there. Scorns me for not knowing things if it's my first time returning certain item or purchasing something. I only go here if I HAVE to return something.

        whether the night drop is open or not is completely up in the air and there's no way to tell if they have it locked/jammed shut or not before you drive there
