Ive been doing business with twin city pawn for a couple of years and always have walked away feeling appreciated. Today I needed them badly and to no surprise my #1 lady at twin city pawn had compassion n empathy. For the last month I has been very sick and unable to work and no work no money no ticket no laundry. Today I needed a friend and today that friend was twin city pawn. Now this beautiful woman who is always at the pawn desk listened to my story and with a tear rolling down her cheek she helped a man in trouble i promise you no other pawn shop in Minneapolis makes their customers a member of their family like twin city pawn so I say thank you twin city pawn n please if you need help go to twin city pawn and join the family

As an addendum to my review I had another interaction with Jess .Exceptional Employee at Twin City Pawn named Jess I recently had the pleasure of interacting with an outstanding employee at Twin City Pawn, and I felt compelled to share my positive experience. From the moment I entered the store, Jesss professionalism and attentiveness were evident. This employee demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the items in the pawnshop, providing valuable insights and answering all my questions with enthusiasm. Their customer service skills were truly commendable, making me feel valued and appreciated throughout the entire transaction. Moreover, the efficiency and precision with which they handled the pawn process were remarkable. It's evident that this employee is not only dedicated to their role but also genuinely cares about ensuring a positive experience for customers. I went to Twin City Pawn and was greeted by Jessica aka Jess. In five mins time I experienced the best customer service ever at a pawn shop. I explained what I needed the funds for, what I had to pawn. and what I would like to borrow. I was rewarded by Jess with a great smile, understanding attitude, and loaned exactly what I needed to pay my insurance. Thank you Twin City Pawn and especially Jess for you awesome service. I went there like a month or two ago wanting to sell a wedding ring with real and lab made diamonds which they knew of, however, they still decided to take it to the back to inspect it. I didnt think much of it since it is a professional location but I was wrong I made the error of not inspecting it when they gave it back to me and only noticed a few hours later they they stole the real diamonds that made the wedding ring worth something. There attitude and everything was a walking red flag Im taking it as racism and honestly Im wishing the worst on them and their known ones, stealing from people in general is a crime.
