        I wish I had read reviews for this ramp. Like another one, it took over two hours to exit the ramp after a show. Likely because each car paid at exit slowing everything to a standstill. The card readers were not working either, slowing even more. This is the second time this happened to me. Completely unbelievable and unacceptable. I want to have faith in Minneapolis, but it keeps disappointing. NEVER park in this ramp.

        Tonight was the second time Ive ever used this ramp to attend a guthrie show and both times were miserable. Exiting the ramp took one and a half hours due to everyone leaving at the same time. Im not sure if its due to the layout of the ramp or lack of gait attendants and direction but I will not be using the ramp again. If you go to the Guthrie park on the street if you can, otherwise park on the other side of the river and use an Uber or walk.

        Wow, just wow! What a complete clown show here! We left a concert at US Bank Stadium early, at 10:20PM to get out of town to get back to home for midnight...but that was a complete bust! We discovered some "issue" where the Guthrie theater patrons--who were promised a flat parking fee of $14--were understandably peeved when asked to pay the concert goers fee of $50. All of this stopped everything and I write this as I sit on the 5th floor of the ramp in my car, now 1.5 hours into my attempt to leave my parking ramp...never come here, ever. I would give this place 0 stars on this review if possible.

        Weve been stuck hostage in this ramp for more than 70 minutes without moving an inch. Management is doing NOTHING to get cars moving and have t resolved the issue with the exit gate. NEVER park here.

        I would avoid this ramp during a busy event at all costs unless you have HOURS to wait to leave - incredibly inefficient process. I read these reviews and thought it would be ok because we planned to leave early. We left an hour before the show ended, and it didnt matter.
