My child had to go to picture retake because the company photoshopped her freckles off. They also used the wrong background color for her photos. I tried to reach out about her pictures and I got a generic response back. They didnt read my message or they would have responded appropriately. I just received my childs retake pictures and am even more upset. While they didnt photoshop her this time they took no pride in the work. You can see my childs wrinkly shirt on under the nice sweater she was wearing no kind reminder to fix her shirt and her background is still the wrong color and its not even a nice color. Its a golden yellow brown color. I reached out to customer service again lets see if they can help fix the issue.
