I returned to Pathways after a long absence. I worked with a fabulous healer I met at Pathways. He had his own Center, but after many years, moved to Arizona. Long chronic severe illness left me with limited finances but-he made it affordable-a real blessing and mark of a true healer! Howard Bell ran Pathways when I was there and appointments worked really , really well. Never a problem. The system has changed to computor scheduling and doesn't work well. Laurie suggested selecting lots of sessions,which I do. I seldom get the kinds of sessions that help, often they conflict with Dr.'s appts. and consequently I can't participate much.. It's a rigid system with no flexability. I called , spoke to a staff gentleman, explained the problem hoping there might be help. He wasn't the least bit understanding, in fact-argumentative -and tried to prove me wrong. His demeaning attitude and lack of compassion does not reflect the Pathways I used to know. Really disappointing. Obviously, the computor scheduling is less work and convenient -for him!
