AAA Movers Minneapolis MN

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! AAA quoted low and used BAIT and SWITCH tactic to deliver an inferior service as they showed up with only two movers. AAA stole or lost a new expensive item. We have other personal items that were missing. AAA DAMAGED several expensive pieces of furniture. AAA then offered me almost nothing for thousands of dollars in damage and loss. AAA is not a reputable company. Save yourself from headaches and financial loss. DO NOT USE AAA Movers!! AAA Movers will say that we received a credit. The credit is a fraction of what we had documented for damages and loss.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They delivered a low quote and agreed to 3 movers. They sent two movers and i was overcharged. They used a fraudulent BAIT and SWITCH tactic. I had a new boxed item that was STOLEN or LOST. AAA DAMAGED multiple pieces of furniture. AAA refused to be accountable and offered to pay pennies on damages.. DO NOT USE AAA movers!!!

Tiffany continually made a stressful event a fun and easy process. So courteous and funny. Communication happened frequently and was to the point and clear. I knew what my moving day was going to look like before it happened. Wonderful experience with lively crew and amazing staff.

Gosh where do I start with this company! On the day of our move, we were getting ready to head and I get a phone call from the movers stating their 10 minutes out. I told them that they werent supposed to be there until 10am and it was only 7:30am. I meet them at the storage unit and it took them almost an hour to load maybe 15 large items with me helping move stuff. At the apartment, we were unable to communicate with 2 of the 4 works because they didnt speak any English then the one that could translate wasnt even upstairs with them so when we tried to tell them anything, we always got the no speak English. They were so rough with everything we had. Didnt handle anything with care. The way they loaded the truck, gave me anxiety cause one wrong move and stuff would break. On the way out to the house, I get a phone call that they were getting lunch. My husband tells me that they headed the opposite direction of the house so it put them further away. When they finally showed up to the house, we told them to unload all the boxes in the garage and put the large items in the house where we asked. We again had all the same issues above. When it came time to pay, I skipped the tip part and the lead guy went back to it. I told him I wasnt leaving a tip due to damages and the way they handled things. He questioned me and asked for me to show him. So I did. He angrily left. It took over 2 weeks to finally get to speak to a manager at AAAs and thats cause I kept calling. Even the customer service person was rude. The way they reimburse you is a joke. Moral of the story, do not use this company!
