As a title closer, I connected with MICHAEL DIETRICH and his team on a transaction that closed last week in which we were both representing the home buyer - this was my fist time working with Michael and I can say for certain, I SURE HOPE it's not the last! For starters, KENZIE SMITH was my main point of contact with Lend Smart, and she was ON THE BALL throughout the entire transaction. She was so helpful and prompt with responses - she left a lasting mark in my mind as someone who truly cares about her job and her interactions with the people she is working with. At the closing, I was in awe of how special MICHAEL made the buyer and her family feel. I walked out of that closing with an added hop in my step and a new perspective that I can't quite put into words. If I were buying a home, I would want my closing process to go exactly how this one went, and as a closer, I found myself thinking, "I want to be the closer on this guy's files ALL THE TIME!" Michael was a true professional that was exceptionally thorough with our buying process for our home in Minnesota.
