Working with Rachel to find our new home was a great experience! We were moving to the Twin Cities from outstate Minnesota and werent certain which city or type of home would be the best fit for us. Rachel took time at the beginning of our search to understand what was most important to us as we transitioned to this next chapter of our lives. She provided structure for our search with consistent check-ins but was flexible and moved at our pace as we dealt with the logistics of selling our former home. Rachel helped us explore different communities and a variety of home options touring everything from condos to townhomes to free-standing homes. She had great follow-up, tracking down answers for us and clearly had the expertise we needed in this real estate market. Overall, Rachel was a joy to work with and helped us find a wonderful home.

Rachel was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I met her. She was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and made my search for a new property very easy. Highly recommend working with Rachel! Rachel helped us sell our condo in the North Loop. We really appreciated her guidance on where to spend our efforts on a few improvements to make the unit more marketable, staging recommendations, and what preparation was needed to bring our unit to market.
