Simply put, David is THE BEST!!! It was obvious from the first time we met with him that he our best interest in mind. David was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, affordable, and honest. He was always available and made us feel like we were his only clients. I mean, what more could you want in a relator? David helped us sell our townhome and purchase our dream home! We found interested buyers prior to the listing of our townhome so no active listing or showings were needed. David offered to lower his commission and complete the buyers paperwork free of charge since we found the buyers. David is by far the best in the biz and we highly recommend him!!
